Option A:   Open Party – standard reservation fees, $11/person for 1 hour.  This option allows you to invite a group of up to 10 people to the playroom for a standard visit with friends.  This is a good option if you don’t mind if other patrons are there at the same time. Just book your party online using our standard reservation system, reserving for the number of people you wish, not to exceed 10 people.  This option does not include a private space; the cat playroom would still be open to the public. Additionally, no private food is allowed.  It’s a great option if you want to reserve with flexibility and with a budget in mind. We request groups larger than 10 people book a private party, as larger groups affect the experience of other guests at the café. This event option is available during all of our regular business hours.

Option B:   Side Room Party – standard reservation fees + $50 for party room.  You can reserve space in the cat playroom and for an additional fee, also get 30 extra minutes at the end of your visit in our adjacent party room for private activities (crafts, cake, presents, etc.).  This party requires a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 8 people (plus 2-3 supervising adults, if a children's party). The playroom is open to other patrons during your event, but the party room would be private to your group. Outside food such as snacks and cake permitted in the party room only during your event.   This event option is available during all of our regular business hours. You must pay a non-refundable fee at the time of your booking. Members of your party are responsible for clean up at the end of the event.

Option C:   Children's Cat Academy + Side Room Party – standard reservation fees + $50 for multipurpose room.   This is a great option if you want something kid friendly that is a combination of options A & B with added activities including a lesson about cats, a story, and a craft.  To book your party, make an online reservation, specifically reserving for the Children's Cat Academy event that we host on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10-11:30 at a cost of $9/person.  You may reserve for up to 8 children (plus 2-3 adult supervisors).  Then call us to reserve the adjacent party room for $30.  Then, at the end of Cat Academy, your group can use the party room, which would be private to your group (to use for crafts, cake, presents, etc.).  Outside food such as snacks and cake permitted in the party room only during your event.  You must pay a non-refundable fee at the time of your booking. Members of your party are responsible for clean up at the end of the event.

Option D:   Private Playroom Party – $400 for 2 hours. You can reserve the entire cat playroom and side party room for a private event for a maximum of 30 people (head count includes any adults supervising children). Patrons from the public would still be permitted to buy food/beverages from the café side and also view the cats through the viewing window, but they would not be permitted into the playroom during your event. This party option is preferred Tuesday – Friday, but we could make exceptions for Saturday depending details of event.  This event does not include food/beverages. You are permitted to bring your own food/beverages (including wine and beer for a corkage fee Wednesday thru Saturday). Or, we are happy to cater your event with our in-house drinks and desserts for additional cost. You must pay a non-refundable fee at the time of your booking. Members of your party are responsible for clean up at the end of the event.

Option E:   A la Carte Party, Cat Side Only – $450 per 2 hours, paid primarily by guest purchases.   Like party option D but want flexible payment?  This option allows you to reserve the entire cat side and allow your guests to help cover the cost.  We will offer our standard bakery and drink options, and your guests will purchases their own food and beverages (or merchandise).  Guest purchases must equal $450 dollar minimum; if they do not equal this amount, the person making the initial reservation pays the difference.  (Example: if your guests purchase $350 in goods, then you pay the $100 difference.)   As with option D, you can reserve the  entire playroom with party room for a private event with a maximum of 30 people (head count includes all adults supervising children).  But differing from option D, you may not bring your own food and beverage.  You must hold the reservation with a credit card at time of booking for us to charge if minimum is not met.  This party option is preferred Tuesday – Friday, but we could make exceptions for Saturday depending details of event. Members of your party are responsible for clean up at the end of the event.

Option F:   Private Party, Entire Space – $550 per 2 hours. You can reserve the entire space, the café side and playroom with party room, for a private event with a maximum of 45 people (head count includes all adults supervising children). Patrons from the public would not be permitted in the café during this event time. This option allows you maximum flexibility for catering setup along the viewing window bar top and usage of the party room for gifts or other supplies.  It also accommodates larger groups and/or rotating door parties.  Guests can go in-and-out between the café and playroom as needed.  This party option is preferred Tuesday – Friday, but we could make exceptions for Saturday depending details of event. This event does not include food/beverages. You are permitted to bring your own food/beverages (including wine and beer for a corkage fee Wednesday thru Saturday). Or, we are happy to cater your event with our in-house drinks and desserts for additional cost. You must pay a non-refundable fee at the time of your booking. Members of your party are responsible for clean up at the end of the event.

Important rules/regulations for private events:

• All guests must sign the entry waiver to enter cat playroom.
• People under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. See our age limits and supervision requirements here.   There must be adequate adult supervision for kids.
• Select parties require a non-refundable fee at the time of your booking.
• You are responsible for clean up at the end of the event.
• Your party must not exceed the maximum guest capacities.
• Food must stored in café or side party room, not in playroom.
• No fire/candles permitted.
• Please consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. No aolcohol on Sundays.
